Matte PETG material is a high-performance composite material developed and produced based on PETG resin. It is green, safe, and environmentally friendly. It is designed for extrusion products with excellent performance and good processing stability.

Description: Matte PETG material has been strictly dried before leaving the factory. The moisture content of the dried resin material is less than 600ppm and is stored in a vacuum aluminum foil bag or PE bag. Due to its easy water absorption, the unused material must be sealed and stored, otherwise it will absorb moisture. After absorbing moisture, the resin may increase the melt index of the material, make the processed products brittle, and have bubbles on the surface during use.
Drying conditions: Keep at 75℃ for 4-5 hours under a blast drying environment.
Extrusion conditions: Depending on different extrusion equipment, the recommended processing temperature is 215℃-235℃.
